HH Electric Spinner with Woolee Winder Flyer

Unpack box and put parts on table as pictured.
Hang drive band over orifice bearing tube.
Put Flyer in place
Put on wonder tension band. This goes on the end of the flange of the
bobbin. Put one end of the leather band with Velcro on each side on the frame.
This is what causes the yarn to wind yarn on the bobbin as it slows the bobbin
down so the flyer can warp the yarn on the bobbin. See Kati Meek story
on how she fixed the tension.
Plug in the cord dimmer into the 110 volt outlet and then plug the foot
controller into the cord dimmer plug.
Plug the special plug from the foot controller into the motor being sure
to line up the groves and pins correctly.
Snap the motor on the bottom base left tube, which is the spin side. When
you want to ply move the motor to the right side, the ply side.
Put drive band on pulley of motor and then on the whorl on the flyer. Line
up motor and drive band with the whorl by moving the motor.
OIL at each of end on the bobbin and where flyer rests in the PVC
bearing tubes. Do not over oil as a little will last a
long time. Use sewing machine oil.
Read the special Woolee Winder instruction sheet on OILING
To put on a new leader on a new bobbin, just hold one end of the leader on
the Babe Aid Velcro black dot on the bobbin and turn bobbin to the left over
wrapping the Babe Aid several times. You do not need to tie the leader on.
Then use the orifice hook to tread the leader through the sliding hairpin
clip, through the hook and out the orifice.
Now you are ready to start spinning yarn and have fun
Use the cord dimmer to control the speed you want to always go at. Then
use the foot controller to get started until the cord dimmer takes over. You
can use it with out the cord dimmer if you like.
