May 24, 2009 Babe's Bulky Pinkie with Delta Flyer
I've had several requests for Babe's Bulky Pinkie Double Treadle so I decided to come out with a conversion kit that will fit on the Pinkie, either a single treadle or a double treadle. It can also be available as a Bulky Pinkie and then you will not get the JK flyer with hooks. If you now have a Pinkie you can get the conversion kit for it. I found I could spin fine by keeping the roving tight under my thumb and make the yarn thicker by moving the roving out. For super bulky you do the long draw controlling the twist you want and then stop and hold the flyer with your lead hand while you treadle the yarn unto the bobbin. You can also use the ply bobbin with this flyer.
We can also supply a Delta Flyer for spinning thin to bulky for the Fiber Starter or Production wheel.  May 20, 2009
Around May 7, 2009 we received an order that we had been working on since February 2009 for 30 Babe's Production double treadle white wheels set up to spin cotton on and on May 18, 2009 we shipped them.
The order came from the Aid to Artisans and the wheels are Shipping to Senegal, Africa
