Easy Wheel Assembly Instructions
Take all the parts out of the box.
Take base and put it on the floor with the 3 tees by your feet.
Take the wheel with the main shaft and insert the 3 tubes in the tees.
Hang drive band on maiden by the rear bearing tube and snap the support tubes on the maiden
Start the maiden on the maid shaft and also on the sides of the base and push all the parts down until the are in place. You might have to tap the rear maiden tube so it is all the way down.
Put a bobbin on the flyer and put in the maiden with the drive band on top of the bobbin.
Put the brake leather over the orifice of the flyer and connect to the Velcro on the elbow of the maiden.
Put the drive band on the wheel and the whorl of the bobbin. Standing at the back of the wheel and looking at the bobbin whorl and the wheel they should be lined up in the same plane.
Snap the treadle in place.
Oil the front and rear flyer bearings and the bearings at each end of the bobbins.
Put a leader on the Babe Aid on the bobbin and turn it to the right a few times so it overlaps the Babe Aid.
Feed the leader using the orifice hook through the clip on the dowel and point it towards the bobbin, then around hook and out through the orifice.
