Woolee Winder Conversion Kit

Assembly instructions

1. Take parts out of the box.

2. Assemble bobbin to maiden like above picture.

3. Put brake leather strap over flyer between the metal ring and the orifice bearing

4. Take your present maiden off of wheel and replace it with this one.

5. Put on the drive band and look down from the top to be sure the whorl of the bobbin lines up with the wheel.

6. Make sure the maiden is down all the way.

7. Put leader on to the Babe Aid on the bobbin and turn the bobbin to right over lapping the Babe Aid a couple time. Feed the leader through the two round rings and out the orifice.

8. OIL the two bobbin bearings and the orifice and rear tube bearing including the leather brake.

9. When you start spinning start with the brake off and only add it when you want a stronger pull in.
