Some product information on these drum carders - it has sharp, pointed wires so extreme care must be taken in its use. Improper use may cause serious injury - these drum carders are not designed to be motorized and used under power!

Howard Brush TestimonialSeveral months ago, I purchased your David Drumcarder and I have to tell you how very, very pleased with it. As a spinning teacher and fiber artist I have used all types of drum carders, from garage sale antiques to the most expensive. In my book, the David produces a batt that ranks with the best. Not only does it do a fantastic job on carding fine to medium wool, but it works well for blending. It is sturdy (great for me as I take it on the road when I teach), affordable and an excellent option for the fiber artist who wants a 3 cylinder carder. Thank you for a great product! - John Pitblado

Howard Brush TestimonialI just did up more than a pound of Shetland into beautiful batts, and then blended Merino Top and Bamboo into a 50/50 to test how well it handles finer fibers. I also ran a bit of rather rough "messy" clumpy Karakul through, and after just two passes it came out ready to go. I think I pretty much covered all the bases in regards to different types of fibers. Perfect as far as I'm concerned. It's so heavily constructed I didn't even bother with the table clamp and it stayed right where it belonged. - Joseph
